所述光照的時間為每天14小時~18小時。
6.根據權利要求5所述培養基培養紫皮石斛原球莖的方法,其特征在于:
在所述紫皮石斛原球莖接種前,將所述培養基在121℃的條件下滅菌20分鐘。
